An(other) Open Letter to the Government of Alberta
Dear Alberta Government, It's been a while since last we spoke, and a lot has happened in the Province of Alberta. Alison Redford is no longer High Supreme Commander of the Good Ship Lollipop, and Health Minister Fred Horne is the Intern Premier (Inmiere? Preterm?) Good for you, Fred. I'm proud of you, especially given… Continue reading An(other) Open Letter to the Government of Alberta
Grateful
Our Ronald McDonald House Charities blog: Come on in!
By Claire Griffin: Director, Marketing & Communications – Ronald McDonald House® Southern Alberta and Ronald McDonald House® Central Alberta

But that all changed recently. As a Mom with a 3 year old son newly diagnosed with Cerebral Palsy, I felt like I had run out of things to be grateful for. I’ll admit, when I started my WIP I didn’t intend to spend so much time reading up about Alcatraz prison, its history, or even its architecture. But somewhere between the thought of “Wow, this would be cool to integrate” and “Hooray, I have finally integrated it” I entered the realm of obsessive…

In Which Chapter 22 is Totally Bonkers
"Your sister begged for her life."I'm excited to say that instead of doing school work (sorry, Professors) I spent the last two days catching up on some must-needed editing. I had only given Chapter 21 a brief looking over before I sent it to my critique partners, and I definitely paid for it yesterday. Sometimes… Continue reading In Which Chapter 22 is Totally Bonkers
